.i slept in.

i woke up at 9.45; my class started at 9.30. this is quite annoying, really. certainly not worth getting up and rushing though, because the earliest i could make it would be 10.15ish. it is now 10.18 and i'm still in bed. still in bed and irritated. no, not because i slept in, but because it is pouring rain outside and the sprinklers went on. first of all, why would anyone set their automatic sprinklers for 10.00 am? and second of all, shouldn't there be some sort of sensor that detects heavy rain fall and thus indicates to the system that it can have the day off? vancouver weather is unacceptable. it is 9° today and pouring. in alexandria it is 29° and beaming. enough said.
